In Great Tartaria the buildings captured Energy from the Aether

The boundless telluric electricity or Aether was absorbed from the atmosphere just above the White Cities of Great Tartaria and the Old-World Empire, and piezoelectric currents of the saltwater and tidal flows were absorbed and redirected around the Star Forts, that had been constructed by the Tartarians.

Star Forts could produce the Schuman Resonance

Star Forts can effectively produce the 528 Hertz Frequency of the Schuman Resonance. The Star Forts emit magnetic fields with an array of 6 vortexes, which form an on and off pattern of overt and invert oscillation, with 1 vortex at the midway point. Therefore, when this happens, it established a magnetic or repulsion effect, that results in 6-pointed stellar pattern.

The White Cities Of Tartaria Once had Starforts

Many of the White Cities in Great Tartaria and Northern Russia had Star Forts, that were constructed in the midway area of such urban environments, where they functioned as massive electrifying magnets.

Star Forts and Bastion Forts were repurposed

Although Star Forts and Bastion Forts were used as fortifications and stated to be built between the 16th to 19th Century, the majority of them have no schematics, yet they were built with incredible precision, here are a list of some Star Forts.
