Sacsayhuaman is 12,142 feet above sea level

The edifice was called Sacsayhuamán or Saksaywaman, and is an incredible citadel on the northward perimeter of the city of Cusco, in Southern Peru. In the Engish Language, the Incan Fortress of Sacsayhuamán or Saksaywaman means called the Incan Royal Falcon Fortress or Royal Hawk Fortress. The edifice was the historic capital of the Inca Empire, and was constructed at an altitude of 12,142 feet above sea level.

The Stones of Sacsayhuamán were moved an estimated 35 km from Rumicolca with some up to 200 tons

The longest of the three walls of Sacsayhuamán or Saksaywaman is about 400 meters. They are about 6 meters tall. The estimated volume of stone is over 6,000 cubic meters. Estimates for the weight of the largest Limestone block vary from 128 tonnes to almost 200 tonnes. These stones were moved an estimated 35 km (22 miles) from Rumicolca.
