The landmass of Hyperborea, existed in Siberia and elsewhere in Northern Russia and the Arctic North Polar Region, including the and the Arktikí Ípeiros, Αρκτική Ήπειρος (Bearlike Continent), or the Arctic Continent, became the vast location where the development of harmonic melodies became an essential part of the communities which the Nordic Hyperboreans had proficiently founded. Indeed, the civilisation which became founded in Siberian, and throughout much of Northern Russia and the Arctic North Polar Region, then established colonies within Iceland and Greenland. Even though much of Great Tartary and Northern Russia is now covered in glacial sheeting and snowy landscapes, around 25,869 BC, the landmass of Hyperborea was a fabulously luscious and fertile expanse where a mild, balmy climate was the normality. Because of the relatively warm climate and vibrant telluric currents of the atmosphere over Hyperborea, the lifespans of the Ypervóreioi Árioi, Ὑπερβόρειοί Άριοι (Beyond The North Wind Noble People), or the Hyperborean Aryans, were very long, and therefore such individuals developed profound scientific knowledge. Over generations the Nordic Hyperboreans manufactured devices and mechanisms from their Occult Technology which could be used for the purpose of levitation and electrically-based airflight.

Although it is widely believed the Scythian Aryans were nomadic, some of them were defined as the Basilikoí Skýthes, Βασιλικοί Σκύθες (Royal Shepherds) or Royal Scythians, and the Georgikoí Skýthes, Γεωργικοί Σκύθες (Farming Shepherds) or the Farming Scythians. Whether such individuals were Royal Scythians or the Farming Scythians, music was always perceived to be of relevance to their own corporeal and spiritual development. Only the Heavens Deity and Father of the Twelve Olympians, known as Seusios Olembixais or Zeus Olimbos and the Flaming Goddess called Tapayanti Olembixais or Hestia Olimbos, were actually venerated and worshipped by the Scythian Aryans.
